Who are we?

Tilbury Green Power Ltd is a 100% subsidiary of Express Energy Holdings (UK) BV.

Express Energy was established in 2006 and in January 2008 Cargill acquired a minority shareholding in Express Energy Holdings.

In the UK, Express Energy currently operates two companies, Express Power Ltd and Express Fuels Ltd. Express Power is developing biomass fired electricity generating projects in which plants are designed to operate using fuel which receive Renewables Obligation Certificates (ROCs) accreditation. Express Energy aims to develop a portfolio of 250MWe power generation projects.

Express Energy has drawn together a team of individuals with wide experience within the energy sector and expertise in developing projects of this nature.
